About Job Position

We’re looking for a Country Manager / Business Developer to join our team.You will be part of a passionate and international team and play a strategic role in further expanding our business in France. You own your time and space.You can work from anywhere, anytime.We care about results (only).

What you will do in your role

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.• Collect market information and client insights, combined with competitor analysis to improve the sales market system• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

The Experience You Will Bring

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish• More than 10 years of experience in HR consultancy services• Solid background in a leading company in people assessment• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills• Understanding of how to position products against competitors

Benefits

We will offer a competitive salary which is a mix of a fixed part (around 60,000 €/year, based on the effective experience and ability matured), a variable one based on sales performance and a potential for equity.
