HORIZON estimates potential, that is, the likelihood that a person will develop the competencies required by more complex roles, by combining a person’s foundations - Deeper Signals’ Core Values, Core Drivers and Core Reasoning - with the enablers of growth, captured through an AI-powered avatar interview: learning agility and growth motivation. Results are translated into the DICE architecture or into the client’s existing competency model.
