Who we are today

Quint is a talent management company bringing scientifically grounded data into people decisions. We design and run proprietary products for assessment, development and organisational intelligence, integrated with our team’s consulting support - from Milan, Madrid and New Delhi.

Where we come from

From the meeting of talent consulting and psychometric science: years of work with enterprise organisations taught us that people decisions only improve when the right construct is measured the right way. Our scientific partnership with Deeper Signals is part of that story.

Where we want to go

We want to bring self-awareness and development support to the entire workforce - not just a selected few - and become Europe’s reference partner for data-driven people decisions.

Massimo MeroniPresidentFrom legal philosophy to talent consulting: seven years of university research and seven leading training at a pharmaceutical multinational, followed by thirty years of assessment, leadership development and coaching for senior executives. He led PDI in Italy and co-founded four HR consultancies before Quint.

Simone GargentiCEO & Co-founderFrom symphony orchestras and jazz trios to philosophy and behavioural economics. People and questions have always been at the centre of his journey; after his first consulting years he co-founded two ventures in HR consultancy.

Carloandrea GaddaPartnerFifteen years across business areas and industries, following strategic transformation projects end to end - from strategy definition to implementation - and managing international teams in Italy, Europe, the USA, India, China and Thailand.

Daniele BellinzaniCTOOver twenty years in IT, following the growth of web technology both as a developer and as an analyst across projects of many kinds. Focused on mathematical modelling and process simplification.

Yuri BergamoFull-stack DeveloperFifteen years in web application development, covering every phase from requirements analysis through implementation and maintenance of the final product.

Arianna CristianiProject ManagerFrom psychology and psychosocial intervention to European research projects, art fairs and educational programmes on two continents, people have always been at the centre of her path. At Quint she connects clients, psychologists and developers to build solutions that help people discover their potential and grow.

Andrea MontuschiSenior AdvisorEmployee experience consultant and trainer, with almost thirty years of HR experience across Italy, France, Ireland and the United States. A creative facilitator focused on listening to people and on organisational development.

Roy JosephPrincipal Consultant, Quint IndiaOver three decades of experience in India and abroad, and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He knows a wide range of psychometric instruments and work processes first-hand, and combines industry knowledge with a passion for psychometrics to find the right solution for each client.
